Every Shabbat at the Moses synagogue on Nabugoye Hill, “Rabbi” Mishael delivers a sermon in the local language, Luganda. His sermons are always based upon the week’s Torah portion, which he purports to be able to read in Hebrew that he learned not from a book or from Western visitors, but directly from G-d.
